John 14:6 says, "I am the way, and the truth and the life." The life of Jesus is our light. As Christians we are to be the light and the salt of our community.
Our goal through the MANNA ministry is to uplift the true light that gives light to every man...coming into the world. Our mission is to follow the example that Jesus has given us in his life of servanthood. In obedience to his command our ministry will provide help for those in need. We will give the message of God's love in order to change lives for his glory.
MANNA continues to look for new and creative ways to help others. One of these is the ANGEL FOOD MINISTRY. This food ministry is for EVERYONE. There are no qualifications to meet or applications to fill out. A retail box of food that would cost anywhere from $65.00 to $80.00 is a mere $30.00. Along with the basic box a person can purchase a special variety of steaks or cuisine for $20.00. The menus change monthly and AFM has the right to substitute any items they deem not quality. Food orders are normally taken the first two weeks of the month. Call the church at 559-5511 ext.16 for more information.
